Emma Daniels is an associate in Stoel Rives’ Corporate group assisting clients in mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters. Emma works with clients in industries such as agriculture, timber, fisheries, and energy.
Emma was a summer associate with Stoel Rives. While attending law school, she was a legal extern to Judge Ricardo S. Martinez of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
