Overview

Elena Miller helps businesses protect their creativity and intellectual property by providing brand enforcement services—including trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and domain names—preparing licensing and commercial agreements, supporting IP litigation, and conducting IP due diligence in mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Stoel, she was a judicial extern to Judge Danielle J. Forrest of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Judge Ted Stewart of the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, and Justice John A. Pearce of the Utah Supreme Court.
