Overview

Devon Blevins advises employers on a variety of labor issues such as union organizing, unfair labor practices, collective bargaining, and workplace discrimination. She has represented clients in a wide range of labor matters arising under state and federal law, including the National Labor Relations Act, and has advocated for them before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and in arbitration. She is well-versed in unfair labor practice and representation proceedings before the NLRB.

Devon also has experience representing clients in a variety of employment-based claims arising from state and federal law such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and the Washington State Law Against Discrimination, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Devon was an associate with Lemonidis Consulting & Law Group; an Honors Attorney and legal extern with the NLRB, Region 19; and a Peggy Browning Fellow and legal volunteer with the Fair Work Center.
