About Tyler

Tyler Clarke represents developers and investor partners in complex real estate transactions, with a focus on joint ventures, real estate private equity fund formations, ground leasing and leasing, real estate finance and the acquisition and disposition of hotels, shopping centers, apartments and office buildings. He also represents clients in the real estate aspects of M&A transactions.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Tyler was an associate (2013-2019) and summer associate (2012) for Jones Day in Dallas, Texas. While in law school, he was a judicial intern for Magistrate Judge Paul Papak of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon.

  • Represent private home builder in acquisition financing and construction financings.

Pro Bono

  • Represented a petitioner in a successful application for clemency in connection with the Clemency Project 2014.
