About Henry

Henry Chu focuses his practice on real estate acquisition/disposition projects and leasing transactions. He has represented landlords, tenants, and property managers in all types of leasing transactions, including medical office leases, multi-tenant leases, shopping center leases, and ground leases. Henry has drafted and negotiated a variety of real estate documents including purchase agreements, commercial leases, loan documents and various ancillary real estate/business-related contracts and agreements.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Henry was an associate with Murphy Austin Adams Schoenfeld LLP (2015–2019) and with Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck, LLP (2014–2015).
