About Bojan

Bojan Manojlovic is an associate in Stoel Rives’ Litigation group. While in private practice, Bojan represented clients in commercial litigation and in high-stakes complex products liability litigation, including mass tort, class actions, and multidistrict litigation. He has worked with clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device, life sciences, consumer product, food, nutritional supplements, cosmetics, new and emerging technology, and industrial services sectors, among others. During his time in-house at a medical device company, Bojan served as the lead on a wide variety of transactional matters, managed the compliance program and all related efforts, and led the litigation and dispute resolution activities.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Bojan was associate general counsel with Canon Medical Informatics, Inc. (2021–2023); and a litigation associate (2017–2021) and summer associate (2016) with Sidley Austin. Since 2021, he has served as an adjunct professor of legal writing, research, and reasoning at the University of Minnesota Law School. Before law school, Bojan taught high school math and science and brings with him a passion for mentorship, learning, and teaching.
