Overview
Bethany Brown is Stoel Rives’ Director of Talent Acquisition. She manages all aspects of firm-wide attorney and professional staff recruitment, sourcing, and hiring, and provides leadership and strategic direction over the firm’s talent development processes, including integration, professional development, retention, and training.
Bethany is passionate about diversifying the legal profession and believes in emphasizing an inclusive working environment and creating a culture where everyone is engaged and valued. Bethany provides direct communication with Stoel Rives’ Executive Committee, managing partner, and other leaders of the firm.
