Overview

Shannon Bleicher advises natural resource developers and regulated utilities on land, mineral, and regulatory matters. Shannon has experience preparing oil and gas title opinions, mineral title reports, and due diligence reports for mineral transactions. She assists clients in acquisitions, financing transactions, permitting and compliance, and navigating regulatory processes.

Before Joining Stoel Rives, Shannon was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Judge Frank Pfiffner and the Honorable Judge Andrew Peterson of the Anchorage Superior Court. While attending law school, she was a law clerk at Kiewit Corporation and a legal intern at Seldin Company, both located in Omaha, Nebraska.
