About Jordan

Jordan Brimley is an intellectual property attorney who focuses on securing patent protection for clients in the technology, life sciences, and manufacturing industries. Drawing upon his experience as a mechanical and aerospace engineer, he brings a creative and technically accurate approach to patent procurement.

Before joining the firm, Jordan was a summer associate with Stoel Rives (2018, 2019) and Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox in Washington, D.C. (2019). He also interned for the Honorable Jill N. Parrish of the United States District Court for the District of Utah (2019).

Earlier in his career, Jordan was an aerospace engineer with Borsight, Inc. in Ogden, Utah (2014–2017). He also has worked alongside engineering teams at Northrop Grumman, Iridium Satellite, and Draper Laboratory. Jordan has designed and integrated surveillance mission systems and structural alterations on fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. Additionally, he has experience developing and analyzing mission systems for low-Earth-orbiting satellites, and guidance and navigation systems for rocket launches and space capsule atmospheric reentries.
