About Anthony
Anthony Blake helps people and businesses through complex, high-stakes legal disputes. Within his litigation practice, he often advises clients in cases involving negligence, breach of contract, misappropriation, shareholder disputes, noncompetition/nonsolicitation agreements, and unfair and deceptive business practices.
Anthony also has experience navigating the legal complexities affecting the world of athletes and sports-related businesses as a non-agent sports lawyer. Whether advising a high school student-athlete transitioning into college sports, a college athlete managing their name, image, and likeness (NIL), or a company looking to build a relationship with a college athlete in compliance with the NCAA rules and regulations, as a former athlete, Anthony’s unique personal and professional experience enables him to provide sound and straightforward counsel to his clients.
Besides his law practice, Anthony is actively involved in legal and community affairs. He currently serves as Chair of St. Andrew Nativity School’s Board of Trustees and is a member of the Multnomah Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section Board of Directors and Sport Oregon’s Young Professional’s Board. During law school, Anthony served as a legal extern for the Honorable Ann Aiken, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court of Oregon. Anthony graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School as a member of the Cornelius Honor Society and a recipient of the Roosevelt Robinson Scholarship. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon, where he was a member of two Pac-12 Football Championship teams.
