Overview
Aviva Diamond is a litigator who represents businesses and individuals in complex disputes in state and federal courts, including class action defense and contract and tort claims. She has experience managing all phases of litigation on both the plaintiff and defense sides, from motion practice to trial preparation.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Aviva served as head law clerk to the Honorable Karin J. Immergut of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. She was also a student attorney for the Michigan Innocence Clinic, a summer associate with Stoel Rives, and a summer law clerk for the Oregon Law Center.
