About Anthony

Anthony Marangon is an associate in Stoel Rives’ Litigation group. He has represented clients nationwide in complex civil litigation matters, including class action lawsuits, in both state and federal courts. Anthony’s experience includes drafting litigation documents, briefs, motions, and memoranda, and conducting research in a variety of areas. Anthony is a strategic thinker, focused on developing a deep understanding of his client’s issues and goals to provide successful counsel.

Prior to joining Stoel Rives, Anthony was an associate at Marler Clark LLP, PS (2015–2018); a summer intern at Weyerhaeuser Company (2014) and at Fortier & Mikko PC (2013); and a legal extern to the Honorable Mary Yu of the King County Superior Court (2014).

  • Experienced in all aspects of fast-paced litigation, from initial client intake, through drafting complaints, pretrial discovery (written and depositions), motion practice, trial preparation, and mediation.
  • Researched and briefed successful motion for class certification, and defeated motions for summary judgment and decertification in nine-state class action certified in the Central District of California, Southern Division.
