About Andrew

Andrew Ho is an associate in the firm’s Litigation group and assists clients in various stages of complex civil litigation.

Prior to joining Stoel Rives, Andrew was an associate at Mayer Brown LLP in Palo Alto, where he was in the Tax Controversy group (2015-2017). His practice focused on matters involving transfer pricing, cost sharing, employee vs. independent contractor classification, the research and experimentation credit, the domestic production activity deduction, and the economic substance and claim of right doctrines. He has also represented pro bono clients in § 1983 excessive force cases and IRS offer in compromise negotiations.
