Overview
Amanda Hailey is a member of Stoel Rives’ Real Estate group. Amanda works on commercial real estate matters, assisting clients with real estate sales and acquisitions, lending and financing, affordable housing, development, leasing, and a variety of other real estate matters. Before working in real estate, Amanda practiced employment law. She has significant experience counseling clients and resolving complex legal questions and disputes.
In law school, Amanda externed for the Honorable Judge Lasnik of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
