About Alisha

Alisha Kormondy is an associate in Stoel Rives’ Labor & Employment group and enjoys learning about her clients’ businesses and helping them resolve employment-related disputes. In addition to working with a wide range of employers, Alisha represents public and private universities on a wide range of issues including discrimination and retaliation litigation, student affairs matters, Title IX compliance, and FERPA issues.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Alisha was a summer associate at the firm in 2016 and at Ogletree Deakins in 2015. While in law school, she served as editor-in-chief of the Oregon Law Review and was a recipient of the Excellence in Written Advocacy Award.
