Weekly Highlights

California Air Resources Board

On November 19 and 20, 2020, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) will hold a public hearing to consider amendments to expand the scope of its regulations for the reporting of Criteria Air Pollutants and Toxic Air Contaminants. Comments must be received by November 16, 2020, unless submitted at the hearing. Details on the proposed amendments and the hearing can be found here.

California Public Utilities Commission

The Commission has a business meeting scheduled this week, and the agenda includes a proposed decision re-opening the Renewable Market Adjusting Tariff, or ReMAT program. The proposed decision was held at the Commission’s previous meeting.
