ORTLAND, Ore. — Stoel Rives, an AmLaw 200 firm, represented Facteus, the largest provider of anonymized and synthesized consumer transaction data in the alternative data industry, in its recent funding round. Announced today, the $10 million funding round is led by Curql Fund and supports Facteus’ mission to further democratize data insights, build its platforms and expand its reach.

The Stoel Rives legal team advising Facteus in this financing round includes Portland-based partners Bill Clydesdale, Will Goodling, and Matt Wilmot and associate Dan Kubitz.

Facteus manages the largest transaction data portfolio in the alternative data industry. It will use the funds to support the growth of its Quantamatics platform, continued product innovation, and expansion into new industry verticals. In addition to the funding, Curql gives Facteus unique access to unlock the vast data assets of its Curql Collective owners, contributing tens of millions of new consumer debit and credit cards to Facteus’ growing panel.

More information about Facteus and the impact of this funding milestone on its mission to democratize data insights is available in the Facteus press announcement.
