We were excited to announce last fall that construction of the Park Avenue West Tower in Portland would resume with Stoel Rives as the anchor tenant.  Unknown to many, a backstory to this new era of downtown Portland development involves a decades long friendship between Bob Van Brocklin, our firm’s managing partner, and Bob Thompson, the founder of TVA Architects and the designer of Park Avenue West Tower.  The story of that friendship - and how it influenced their professional careers - is recounted in this month’s Oregon Business Magazine.
