Per Ramfjord and Steve Galloway discuss in Law360 a recent Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA) ruling by the U.S. District Court for North Dakota. In United States v. Brigham Oil & Gas LP, the court dismissed misdemeanor criminal charges against three oil and gas companies for violation of the MBTA.
