BOISE, Idaho – Stoel Rives LLP is pleased to announce that it acted as legal advisor to House of Design in its acquisition by Thomas H. Lee Partners (THL). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Boise partner Nick Taylor led the cross-office, cross-practice team that represented House of Design, with Adam Schurle (Minneapolis) providing tax assistance, Whit Johnson (Salt Lake City) providing intellectual property assistance with respect to House of Design’s large patent portfolio, Jennifer Johnson (Minneapolis) providing Hart-Scott-Rodino guidance, and Nick Gourley (Boise) serving as lead associate.
Taylor has represented House of Design since its inception in 2012. Based in Nampa, Idaho, House of Design is a leading technology company that provides automated solutions utilizing software, robotics, machine vision and AI learning to solve the needs of its customers in the building components and residential offsite construction industries.
