Dimension Renewable Energy Closes $237 Million Financing for Construction of 120 MWdc Distributed Generation Portfolio

Stoel Rives congratulates its client Dimension Renewable Energy on closing a $237 million financing that will be used for the construction of a 120 MWdc distributed generation portfolio.

The portfolio’s 28 solar projects will meet the energy needs of more than 12,000 commercial and residential customers, including low- and moderate-income households, with projects located in New York, New Jersey, Virginia, and California.
