Stoel Rives represented Houston-based ENGIE North America in its acquisition of six gigawatts of solar and battery storage capacity from Belltown Power U.S. The purchase includes 33 projects comprised of 2.7 GW of solar with 0.7 GW of paired storage and 2.6 GW of stand-alone battery storage. This addition to the company’s development pipeline is part of its nationwide renewable energy development goals.
