Client Deal Spotlight: Intermountain Wind, LLC, Closes on Sale of 320 MW Developing Wind Project in Albany County, Wyoming

Stoel Rives LLP congratulates its client Intermountain Wind, LLC, on closing on the sale to Alterra Power Corp. of its Boswell Springs wind project, a 320 MW portfolio of wind development projects located in Albany County, Wyoming. Anticipated commencement of commercial operations for the project is in 2020, and its output will be sold under power purchase agreements with Rocky Mountain Power, a division of PacifiCorp.

Intermountain Wind, LLC, which is based in Boulder, Colo., is a developer of electrical generation and transmission projects and is currently developing several projects with a potential of approximately 1,000 MW of generation capacity and more than 500 miles of high voltage transmission lines.
