The Campaign for Equal Justice recently held its annual awards luncheon to celebrate the donors and volunteers who power the Campaign and its mission to make equal access to justice for all Oregonians a reality. Stoel Rives received special recognition at the luncheon for increasing contributions by over $8,000 and contributing over $90,000 to the cause. Attorneys Elaine Albrich and Andrea Thompson received awards for their outstanding fundraising efforts. The event concluded with the Henry H. Hewitt Access to Justice Award. The award, named for a Stoel Rives attorney and its first recipient, honors those who have made substantial contributions to legal aid for low-income Oregonians, possess strong leadership skills, and have made a consistent effort and commitment to the ideal of equal justice.

"The MBA and Multnomah Lawyers Step Up for Justice" was published in Multnomah Lawyer, April 2013.
