Portland Attorney Jeremy Sacks Named BTI Client Service All-Star

PORTLAND- Stoel Rives LLP, a U.S. law firm, is pleased to announce that Portland office partner and business litigator Jeremy Sacks has been named a BTI Client Service All-Star by The BTI Consulting Group, a leading provider of strategic research to law firms and corporate general counsel.

The BTI Client Service All-Stars 2014  consists of 330 attorneys nationwide, who are nominated independently by corporate counsel for client service performance exceeding all others.  BTI Consulting conducted a series of in-depth telephone interviews with corporate counsel to create the list.

Sacks was one of only three Portland, Oregon attorneys recognized.  He was nominated by a Fortune 1000 company for being exceptionally client focused in the following five attributes: putting the clients’ needs first; understanding clients’ legal and business objectives—and how legal advice impacts them; responsiveness; anticipating the needs of clients—and proactively solving or preventing issues; and achieving the clients’ targeted goals.

Sacks, the chair of the Portland office trial group, focuses his practice on complex litigation in a variety of businesses, including the energy industry.  He has experience litigating business torts, contract disputes, securities fraud, False Claims Act issues, shareholder disputes, class actions, licensing disputes, and antitrust claims.  He also has substantial experience conducting internal corporate investigations.
