This SEGMENTS BY STOEL will be a 45-minute webinar with three segments designed to help organizations learn about cybersecurity industry standards, and legal and regulatory obligations.

Segment One

• Cybersecurity as a Risk Management Imperative – what it is, and how and why your risk appetite and tolerance must be understood and acted upon.

Segment Two

• A Legal Overview of Risk Assessment Relevance – what is being mandated with a focus on New York’s SHIELD Act and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Segment Three

• A Technical Overview of Risk Assessment Types – including frameworks, approaches to rating risks, and vulnerability management programs.

SEGMENTS is designed to benefit C-suite executives and an organization’s HR, IT, and legal department personnel, but all are welcome.
