As a follow-up to the highly successful 2012 Special Institute on the Nuts and Bolts of Mineral Title Examination, we are pleased to offer our first conference focusing on Advanced Mineral Title Examination. Unlike the previous Special Institute, which was designed as an introduction to title examination and the drafting of title opinions, this Institute will address a number of more difficult title issues that periodically arise. It is not designed for new landmen and title lawyers, but rather presupposes that all attendees have a thorough knowledge of the basic principles of title examination.
