Managing the COVID-Era Workplace: Back-to-School Challenges

As the school year draws near, employers continue to face challenges managing their workplace and employees in the COVID-19 era. Schools can no longer be counted upon to provide on-site instruction and many employees are increasingly stressed juggling work, healthcare and childcare responsibilities. Many employees have already used available leave and are looking for other options.

This presentation will take a deeper dive into what employers need to consider as they work to keep their businesses running while attempting to accommodate employee needs. Topics will include leave requests, navigating ADA issues, and what to do when employees do not want to return to the workplace.
