At its April 2015 meeting, the Oregon Environmental Quality Commission is expected to adopt sweeping changes to the Oregon air program implemented by the Department of Environmental Quality and Lane Regional Air Protection Agency. Virtually no aspect of the Oregon air program is proposed to escape change. Some of those changes are minor and mean little and some of those changes could fundamentally change the way a source is regulated.
