Please join the Oregon Wood Innovation Center and Stoel Rives LLP on Thursday, June 9, at 12 p.m. PDT for this exclusive hour-long webinar on forest and woody biomass. The webinar will address the following and more:

  • Biomass Supply Assessments (Roy Anderson) – Identifying the available volume and delivered cost of biomass are critical first steps in any biomass project. Roy Anderson will describe how that information is collected, provide typical costs and timeline for completing a study, and discuss common pitfalls encountered in biomass supply studies.
  • Biomass fuel supply agreements and power sales (Jennifer Martin) – The fuel supply and power purchase agreements are the key deal documents to a successful biomass project. Jennifer Martin will discuss the key negotiating points in these agreements and how parties commonly allocate the risks to satisfy potential lenders and investors.
