In this role, she provided legal counsel for a large and complex health care system that includes urban and rural hospitals, multi-specialty clinics, an ACO, numerous strategic partnerships. She has over 30 years of experience advising non-profit and for-profit hospitals and healthcare systems, physician practices and medical groups, insurers, IPAs and other clients regarding transactions, Stark and anti-kickback laws, governance, certificate of need requirements, reimbursement issues, medical staff affairs, tax-exemption, and other matters. “The breadth and depth of Stoel’s exceptional healthcare practice provides me with the opportunity to apply my experience to a wide range of legal matters for organizations across the industry,” said Rambosek. “As a former client, I can attest to the strength of Stoel’s team and look forward to working collaboratively with the firm’s highly skilled, solution-oriented attorneys and gain from their perspectives and experience. I am also eager to mentor young lawyers of diverse backgrounds and support the next generation of attorneys.”

Active in the Washington health care community, Rambosek is currently Chair of the Board of Directors for Project Access Northwest, a Seattle-based nonprofit committed to improving access to specialty health care for low-income and uninsured patients. She is a member of American Health Lawyers Association and Washington State Society of Healthcare Attorneys and received her J.D. from Gozanga University School of Law.
