As fresh doses of the first Coronavirus vaccine make their way around the country, employers have questions about what this means for their workplaces. Can employers require employees to get vaccinated? Can employers offer incentives to employees to get vaccinated? How can employers address co-worker concerns about the vaccine?
Before instituting a vaccination policy, there are several exemptions, accommodations, and other factors employers need to consider.
