The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires covered employers to provide effective, reasonable accommodations for employees with disabilities. In some cases appropriate accommodations are clear. Often, however, they can be a challenge. Join us as Laura Rosenbaum, Chris Wall and Caroline Sundbaum cover important elements of the ADA and discuss how to apply the interactive process in real world situations.
