Estate Planning in Depth 2017

Join Stoel Rives estate planning attorney Wendy Goffe at American Law Institute CLE’s Estate Planning in Depth on June 25-30 in Madison, Wisconsin. Goffe will be a faculty member at the event. 

This year’s program considers in depth significant tax and non-tax aspects of estate planning. The faculty is comprised of experienced practitioners at the top of their field, from small and large firms across the country, who share strategies, tips and insights on some of the most complex challenges estate planners encounter.

The sessions Monday through Friday are designed for lawyers with more than basic experience in estate planning. Practitioners lacking a foundational knowledge of trusts and estates law or wealth transfer taxation or who have a limited background in estate planning may benefit by attending the optional session on Sunday. Basic material is addressed in the main sessions only as necessary to provide background for advanced understanding of more complex matters.
