The Washington State Bar Association International Practice Section, in collaboration with the Washington State Department of Commerce, has released the fully revised and updated fifth edition of "Doing Business in Washington State, A Guide for Foreign Business and Investment."

This comprehensive "introductory how to" publication on business investment within the state of Washington covers the A to Z of international business law – from entity creation to bankruptcy and creditor protection; from clean energy technology to industrial insurance and workplace safety; and from the Uniform Commercial Code to commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
