Dena Bryant is a Certified Paralegal in the firm's Corporate and Environmental, Land Use & Natural Resources practice groups. She is experienced in forming business entities, drafting resolutions and minutes, preparing notices and other documents for annual meetings of shareholders and directors, and maintaining business entities in good standing in Alaska. Dena also assists natural resources clients on a wide variety of matters, including conducting due diligence and preparing draft title opinions on federal, state, and Native corporation lands, federal and state mining claims, and federal and state oil and gas leases.
Dena is also an experienced litigation paralegal. She has the necessary skills to provide assistance in all aspects of pretrial work and trial preparation and presentation, with primary responsibility for document management and data organization in complex cases. Her additional litigation responsibilities include performing statutory, legislative, and factual research; locating and interviewing witnesses; analyzing records; and drafting and maintaining timelines and summaries.
Before joining Stoel Rives LLP, Dena was a paralegal at Feldman Orlansky & Sanders, P.C. (2010-2013), Hartig Rhodes Hoge & Lekisch, P.C. (2006-2010), and Farley & Graves, P.C. (2003-2006). Before moving back to Alaska, Dena worked for Henson, Henson, Henson, Marshall & Milburn, LLP, Shawnee, Oklahoma (2001-2003), James D. Berry, Jr., Shawnee, Oklahoma (1998-2001) and Speck, Easter & Hayden, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (1994-1997).
