Trammell Crow Company Signs Build-to-Suit Lease for Biotech Building for Seattle Children’s Hospital

Stoel Rives represented Trammell Crow Company in signing a build-to-suit lease of new construction at the 1916 Boren site in Seattle’s Denny Triangle neighborhood for the development of a 170,000-square-foot biotech building for Seattle Children’s, one of the top ranked children’s hospitals in the nation.

The Stoel Rives team that negotiated the lease included partners Joseph Delaney and Emily Kelly.

Trammell Crow Company, founded in 1948, is one of the nation’s leading developers and investors in commercial real estate. The company has developed or acquired 2,800 buildings valued at nearly $70 billion and with over 625 million square feet.
