  • Represented the seller in its sale of substantially all of the assets comprising the seller's pharmacy benefit management business.
  • Represented the buyer in the acquisition of a developer and manufacturer of systems used for inspection and sorting of materials for recycling.
  • Represented the lead purchaser of secured, convertible promissory notes in a $3 million bridge financing for the benefit of a healthcare services and technology company.
  • Represented NuScale Power, Inc, in a corporate restructuring and preferred equity investment by Fluor Enterprises, Inc., a Fortune 125 engineering services firm.
  • Represented a phone, television and internet service provider in the refinancing of its $50 million revolving credit facility secured by the company's assets and the assets of affiliated companies and guaranteed by the affiliated companies.
