Associates of Color Affinity Group

The Stoel Rives Associates of Color (AOC) Affinity Group was formed to help develop associates of color on a professional and personal level and to increase racial, ethnic and cultural diversity within the firm across all ranks. In addition, the AOC strives to build and maintain a network of self-identifying associates who can support one another in bringing about their professional goals and to promote an increased understanding of the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion firmwide.
