Compensation

Our compensation program, including a base salary and bonus program, is reviewed at least annually. We’re competitive in each of the markets in which we practice. Salary increases are effective January 1 of each year and are based on individual performance. Increases are intended to reward and encourage excellence, maturity, productivity and firm citizenship.
