The Stoel Rives Lawyers of Color Affinity Group provides mentoring opportunities for lawyers of color throughout the firm. The Lawyers of Color Affinity Group members meet regularly in a group format or one on one to provide mentoring opportunities. The group aims to advance the firm's diversity goals by fostering an inclusive professional environment that respects and values differences among the firm's attorneys and staff and supports professional development and advancement for all.
