Justin D. Johnson has joined its Minneapolis office as of counsel in the Estate Planning group.
Justin focuses his practice in wealth management and preservation. He is committed to assisting individuals and business owners in achieving their specific goals, increasing their transfer tax efficiencies and creating a legacy. His experience includes estate planning, probate, trust administration, life insurance planning, estate and gift tax returns, individual/corporate fiduciary representation and business succession planning. Justin also prepares antenuptial agreements & postnuptial agreements, disability plans & supplemental needs trusts, and charitable giving plans.
Justin has been selected as a "Rising Star" by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine each year from 2007-2011. He regularly gives presentations on estate planning topics such as: personal & business wealth preservation, estate planning tools for business owners & high net worth individuals, the Pension Protection Act, estate tax repeal considerations, and asset protection planning.
Justin is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law (J.D., 2001), and St. Cloud State University (B.A., 1998). He is admitted to the state bars of Minnesota and Wisconsin.
