J. Walter Sinclair Inducted into the International Academy of Trial Lawyers

BOISE- Stoel Rives LLP, a full-service U.S. business law firm, is pleased to announce that J. Walter Sinclair of the Boise office was inducted as a Fellow into the International Academy of Trial Lawyers during its annual meeting in New York City on April 3 and 4.
IATL is an elite group of trial lawyers representing both sides of the Bar and includes lawyers from more than 30 countries. Its purpose is to promote reforms in the law, facilitate the administration of justice, promote the rule of law internationally, and elevate the standards of integrity, honor and courtesy in the legal profession. Fellowship is by invitation only and is limited to 500 attorneys. There is currently only one other Fellow from Idaho.

Sinclair is a partner of the firm and has developed a well-seasoned trial practice with an emphasis on business, corporate and complex litigation matters associated with agricultural product liability, antitrust, class action, complex commercial contract disputes, mass tort, product liability, real estate and securities litigation. He is a graduate of the University of Idaho Law School (J.D., 1978) and Stanford University (B.A., Economics, 1975). He is admitted to the state bars of Idaho, Washington and Oregon; U.S. District Court for the Districts of Idaho, Washington and Oregon; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
