Stoel Rives Adds Litigation Attorneys to Seattle Office

SEATTLE- Lori E. Romley and
Darcie E. Durr have joined the Seattle office of Stoel Rives LLP as Of Counsel and associate, respectively, in the firm's Litigation group.
Lori has extensive experience with mediations and arbitrations, and focuses her practice on commercial and complex civil litigation. Lori handles diverse matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, unfair competition, intellectual property and federal securities class actions.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Lori was Of Counsel at O'Melveny & Myers LLP in Menlo Park, California. She is a graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of Law (J.D. cum laude, 1990) and San Diego State University (B.A., 1982). She is admitted to the state bar of California and to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Darcie has experience in a variety of issues including real estate matters, environmental issues, commercial contract disputes and civil violation of municipal codes. Darcie's practice focuses on general commercial litigation.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Darcie was an assistant city attorney for the city of Bellevue, Washington. She is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law (J.D., 2004) and also received her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington (B.A. cum laude, 2001). She is admitted to the state bar of Washington and to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
