BOISE- Stoel Rives LLP is proud to announce that John N. Zarian, an attorney who has been recognized as a “Southern California Super Lawyer” by Law & Politics, joins the firm’s litigation group.

Zarian brings more than 15 years of experience as a business trial lawyer. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on intellectual property and complex business litigation. He has served as lead counsel in claims of unfair competition, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, class actions, contractual disputes, business torts, securities, labor and employment, products liability, real estate and wrongful death. Zarian’s experience has earned him an “AV” rating by Martindale-Hubbell.

Prior to joining Stoel Rives, Zarian was a partner with O’Brien, Zarian LLP in Los Angeles and Berry, Perkins, Zarian & Duncan LLP in Irvine, California.

Zarian holds a law degree from the University of Southern California and a master’s degree in finance from the University of Utah.
