- Represented Internet domain name auction business in a sale of the company.
- Represented forest products company in $1 billion secured debt financing.
- Represented public utility in public offering of $300 million first mortgage bonds.
- Represented Tektronix, Inc. in $300 million 144A notes offering.
- Represented internet-based curriculum company in its offering of $26 million Series D Preferred Stock.
- Represented Elemental Technologies, Inc., a software developer, in its $7 million offering of Series A Preferred Stock.
- Represented internet company in its $3.9 million offering of Series A Preferred Stock.
