About Nancy

Nancy Johnson is a paralegal in the Technology & Intellectual Property group. She focuses on all facets of U.S. and foreign patent and trademark prosecution including preparing and filing continuation and divisional patent applications, reviewing office actions, preparing filing instructions for foreign associates, and managing patent and trademark portfolios.

Nancy has over 15 years of experience as a paralegal in diverse areas of law. Prior to joining the firm, she was a paralegal with TraskBritt, P.C.; Parsons Behle & Latimer; American Stores Properties, Inc.; and the Utah Division of Environmental Response and Remediation.
