Join Stoel Rives partner David Quinby at the Sixth Annual Conference on New Developments in Renewable Energy in the Midwest presented by Law Seminars International.  This conference, featuring discussions on new policies, incentives and development opportunities, takes place September 25 & 26, 2014 at the U.S. Bank Plaza in Minneapolis, MN.
