Stoel Rives LLP congratulates its client St. Mary’s School in Medford, Oregon on a successful financing project that will allow it to continue to offer its students a top educational experience. The nonprofit, independent high school recently closed on a series of bonds totaling $13 million that will be used to fund the construction of a new STEM learning center and dormitory on the school’s campus. This is a significant transaction for St. Mary’s and will help ensure that it maintains its academic success as one of the most respected high schools in Oregon.
