Client Spotlight: St. Mary’s School Finalizes OFA Bond Financing for STEM Learning Center and Dormitory

Stoel Rives LLP congratulates its client St. Mary’s School in Medford, Oregon on a successful financing project that will allow it to continue to offer its students a top educational experience. The nonprofit, independent high school recently closed on a series of bonds totaling $13 million that will be used to fund the construction of a new STEM learning center and dormitory on the school’s campus. This is a significant transaction for St. Mary’s and will help ensure that it maintains its academic success as one of the most respected high schools in Oregon.

Established in 1865, St. Mary’s School provides students with a high quality college preparatory experience. Day and boarding students from the United States and abroad enjoy the school’s dedication to curiosity and academic excellence.
