San Diego, CA — We congratulate our client ConnectMyEV, Inc. on its recent closing of a Series A round with strategic investor Stanley Ventures. The funds will be used by the company to accelerate the commercialization of its robotic conductive electric vehicle charging technology. In addition to funding, the deal provides the company with critical early customer adoption.
ConnectMyEV, Inc., is a Silicon Valley-based startup with a proprietary robotic charging technology for electric vehicles that offers true “park-and-walk” convenience, 100% efficiency, and bi-directional charging. Drivers simply park their vehicle above the company’s charging unit, which automatically attaches to a charging port on the undercarriage of the vehicle, resulting in a fast, safe, and convenient hands-free charging experience. In addition to simple convenience, the technology is compatible with self-driving/self-parking electric vehicles.
The Stoel Rives deal team, which assisted as company’s counsel in connection with the transaction, was led by Chris Russell and included attorney Brian Orion and paralegal Lesley Berger.
